“Koki is not just a dish; it symbolizes sharing and unity for us, the Bazou.” His influence extended far beyond his territory. He played a central role in preserving Cameroonian culinary identity, passionately advocating for Koki’s recognition as part of the national heritage, even amidst cultural controversies.
A Visionary Leader
More than a traditional leader, His Majesty Tchoua Kemajou Vincent exemplified progressive leadership. In a notable interview, he asserted:
“I am the one who appoints the Fo’o in Bangou,”
