USAN TV: is a multinational news-based free television channel broadcasting station owned by USAfrica News Inc. This general-interest Television will be capable of streaming live NEWS events, documentaries, MUSIC, and ENTERTAINMENT. Anchoring the virtual space will be a consolidated physical broadcasting studio, newsroom, and headquarters for all services.

USAN RADIO (FM): is reinventing radio for a connected world and millions of listeners. Like AM and FM, USAN DIGITAL RADIO will help promote African music in most countries through its online-only radio steams, with many potential listeners. In addition, USAN RADIO FM empowers brands with the context, data, and distribution to engage a high-value audience across all their devices. Now, let us help your brand tell its story in a way that’s authentic and meaningful.

USAN PRESS: Its periodical publication contains current events, informative articles, diverse features, editorials, opinions, and advertising. The editorial section is written by reporters and other professional journalists at the editors’ direction and may also be compiled from wire service reports. The advertising content of a newspaper can be divided into two parts, classified and display. Classified ads are small, text-only items obtained via telephone and set into the classified advertising representative format. Display ads are received by the newspaper’s sales representatives who actively solicit local businesses for this larger, more visually oriented ad space.

USAN AFRO-MUSIC: is an African online video sharing platform called AfroTube. As a bridge connecting African Culture and the world, AfroTube allows users to upload, view, rate, share, add to playlists, report, comment on videos, and subscribe to other users. Available content includes video clips and TV show clips, music video, short and documentary films, audio recordings, movies trailers, live streams, video blogging, short original videos, and educational videos. Most contents are generated and uploaded by individuals. Unregistered users can watch but not upload videos on the site, while registered users can upload unlimited videos and add comments. Age-restricted videos are available only to registered users affirming themselves to be at least 18 years old.

• WORKING TIMEThe weekly full-time working time is 40 hours, with an annualized count.

• WORK SMART
We support and encourage mobile and flexible working, not tied to a site. As far as possible, employees can organize their work flexibly and individually. It requires being responsible and improves the quality of life, creativity, productivity, and the capacity for innovation.

• PART-TIME WORK
At USAN, part-time work is in principle possible and encouraged, including at the management level. Thus, more than half of our employees work part-time.

• FAMILY AND PROFESSIONAL LIFE
Our employees benefit from 16 weeks maternity leave or two weeks paternity leave.

VACATION

• People hired under the collective labor agreement benefit from 27 days of leave per year. The number of days off increases with age.

• Employees paid monthly to have the option of converting all or part of the 13th month’s salary into leave.

Our employees are our main success factor. This is why we encourage them to develop by offering them targeted training and development and in-house exchange programs.

INTERNSHIPS & TRADES IN INITIAL TRAINING 

As a public service media segmentation company in the US, we promote and ensure the sustainability of specific media know-how and professions.

We are committed to offering internship places which ensure the next generation of journalistic, editorial and technical professions, and which meet the demand of young American, and people curious to discover the audiovisual world.

Collaboration agreements are put in place each year with various institutions and universities to offer an average of 150 internship places per year.
